Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us! Please be aware that due to the custom nature of the products we sell, we have a strict return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
RETURNS
All request for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.We also require a Return Authorization Number (RA).
Customers must contact Cork Flooring Supply at 1-800-674-1157 to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of receiving the order.
30 days after the date of delivery, the order is considered closed and a return cannot be authorized.
- Defective product(s) may be exchanged, prior to installation, within 30 days of receipt.
- Authorized exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product with a 20% restocking fee.
- Authorized returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt of product with a 20% restocking fee.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURNS
Defective or incorrect product(s) may be exchanged, prior to installation, within 30 days of receipt.
If you received the wrong product, we will refund the original shipping cost and pay to have it returned to us.
To be eligible for returns or exchanges on manufacturer defective or incorrect items, the product must be in its original unused condition, and must have been properly stored.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
To be eligible for returns or exchanges on product that incurred damages during shipping, please contact Cork Flooring Supply within 3 DAYS of receipt.
Pictures of damaged items must be emailed to Cork Flooring Supply. Replacements or refunds will be processed upon completion of the damage investigation.
NOTE: Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange that is not due to manufacturer defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage is the sole responsibility of purchaser.
ORDERED TOO MUCH?
If you ordered too much of an item, we will take returns subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Keep in mind that it is always wise to keep some extra product for future repairs or replacement. Damaged flooring products are still usable in many cases if you cut off the male or female side at the beginning row or end row of your project.
IN THE EVENT YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE CALL 1-800-674-1157 or EMAIL US TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER AND BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR RETURN:- NAME

Once we receive the request, we will respond and provide you with return shipping information.
We do not accept freight collect or COD shipments on returned merchandise.
Flooring and wall covering must be returned to the warehouse from which it shipped.
Refunds will be given according to the original method of payment.
Please allow at least 10 business days to process the return.
NO REFUNDS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES
Returns of opened boxes, LIQUID PRODUCTS, close-outs, odd lots, clearance items, custom or special orders are not permitted. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.
**Liquids such as water-based adhesives and sealers are NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of liquid products.**
